Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Flight Alert, provided by TK AI Soft, handles information when you use the app.

Information you provide

When you create a flight alert, you may provide information such as origin and destination, travel dates, target price, flight preferences, and an email address for receiving alerts.

How information is used

AI Flight Alert uses the information you provide to create, store, and monitor your flight alerts, compare observed flight prices with your alert criteria, display local Android notifications, and send requested alert emails.

On-device processing and storage

The app performs its conversational AI processing on the device. Flight alert settings and related app data are stored locally on the device as needed for alert monitoring and app functionality.

Network services

AI Flight Alert connects to Google Flights to retrieve flight-price information used for monitoring.

When an alert qualifies for delivery, the app contacts a TK AI Soft Cloudflare Worker. The Worker authorizes alert delivery and, when email delivery is requested, forwards the email request to Resend, our current transactional email provider. The recipient email address and alert message content are transmitted as needed to deliver that email.

Notifications

The app may display local Android notifications when a monitored flight meets your alert criteria. AI Flight Alert does not use SMS text messaging for alerts.

Advertising and sale of personal information

The current version of AI Flight Alert does not display advertising and does not sell personal information.

Data sharing

Information is shared only with service providers as needed to provide the requested functionality, such as Cloudflare for the alert service and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Data retention and deletion

Flight alert data stored by the app remains on the device until it is deleted through the app, the app's data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Email delivery providers may retain operational records in accordance with their own policies.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect app communications and service access. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

AI Flight Alert is not specifically designed for children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app or its services change. The updated policy will be posted at this page with a revised date.
